Need a simple yet fancy way of celebrating the Christmas morning or night time? We have you covered with these Christmas Hot Chocolate Pops! It should give you and the kids that wonderful Christmas feeling – all thanks to the peppermint and chocolate combo! And just a tip: you can make them personalised so everyone feels extra special!

Ingredients

  • 100g sugar free chocolate
  • ½ cup Fangks
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tsps Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 paper cups
  • 4 small popsicle sticks
  • aluminium foil

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate and divide between the paper cups. Place a piece of al foil over the top of each cup and then stick the Popsicle stick through the top. This will help hold the sticks in place while the chocolate sets. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the coconut oil, vanilla,cinnamon and FANGKS in a small jug, whisk to combine.
  3. Pour over the top of the chocolate. Chill for a further 30 minutes.

TO make a hot chocolate simply remove the paper and place in a cup with heated milk and stir.

Serves: 4

Prep time: 15 minutes

Chill time: 30 minutes
