A quick and sugar-free breakfast option before you send the kids to school! These brownie batter pancakes should give your kids the energy they need to start the day! And of course, you can have some, too. 🙂
- 3/4 cup wholemeal flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup Fangks
- 50g sugar free milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup milk
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
- Heat a fry pan on medium heat and grease with a little butter. Fry the pancakes until bubbles start to dot the surface before flipping.
