Get the best of both hot and cold worlds with this Hot Chocolate Float. It’s super easy to make – just your regular chocolate milk, with ice cream on top. It’s the perfect solution for when you can’t decide between ice cream or choccy milk!

Ingredients

  • 50g chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbs Fangks
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate and drizzle around the rim of two large cups
  2. Heat the milk in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in the Fangks until combined.
  3. Dollop the ice cream into the cups and pour hot chocolate over the top. Add another dollop of ice cream if you wish.

Serves: 2
