• 1 banana, mashed
  • ¾ cup wholemeal self raising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fangks
  • Olive oil, for greasing the pan.
  • Sliced bananas, to decorate
  1. Whisk the ingredients together until combined.
  2. Heat the fry pan to medium heat and grease lightly with olive oil
  3. Pour one large spoonful in the middle of the pan and then add two smaller spoonfuls on the top right and left side to create a teddy head with ears.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the surface is dotted with bubbles, then flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with extra slices of banana
